Description
The island design of these dressings features an adhesive border that securely seals the dressing in place, helping to prevent contamination and ensuring the wound remains protected from external factors. This adhesive is skin-friendly and provides reliable fixation, yet is easy to remove, minimising trauma to the healing tissue.
Features;
- Soft, non-woven material - Gentle on skin and reduces edge lifting
- Low adherent pad - Aids to minimise the risk of irritation or discomfort
- Flexible - Ideal for use on difficult to dress areas (eg. heel)
Suitable for;
- Post-operative and minor wounds where water resistance is not required
- Lightly exuding wounds
Each dressing is individually packed, ready for use, and sterilised by gamma irradiation.
